Heating.Solutions exists because heating companies kept buying good marketing parts that didn't fit together. A website from one provider, a CRM chosen by the office, ads run by a freelancer and reviews left to the technicians: each part could be defended on its own, and the whole still leaked leads. We build those parts as one system and take responsibility for the joins.
The company
Heating.Solutions is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for heating companies: furnace, boiler, heat pump, hydronic and water-heater businesses. It is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. We work with clients in every province and territory.
Within the group, Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Among the brands under Sedighi.ca are HVAC.Agency, whose plans we deliver, along with HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is the group's consulting firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration, under the strategic leadership of Sedighi.ca. Our plans are delivered through HVAC.Agency, and the pricing page sets them out.
What we are not
We are not an HVAC contractor. We don't install, repair or service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps or anything else, and we don't hold trade licences. We never bid on heating jobs ourselves, so we are never competing with you for a customer.
We are also not your regulator's interpreter. Where provincial rules affect marketing, we link the regulator and summarise the point on the relevant region page, and we ask you to confirm the detail with them.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads Heating.Solutions. He holds an MBA in Technology Management and has 17+ years of experience, starting in 2007, when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
His other ventures include Conv.ca, an agency for conversion-rate optimisation, and MyAutomation.ca, and at SAZ.ca he is Founder & Managing Partner. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
In heating and HVAC, Ali has built 150+ live HVAC websites. Boiler specialists feature heavily in that work: CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, VancouverBoilers.ca, BurnabyBoiler.ca, EmergencyBoiler.ca, Boiler-Maintenance.ca and BoilerPart.ca. Broader heating and HVAC brands sit alongside them, including Roma Heating & Cooling, RomaCommercial.ca, AlbertaHeating.ca, CanroHeat.ca, BCWide.ca, HeatLand.ca and HVACDeal.ca. His profile is on Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca.
The combination matters for a stack, and it is the reason this brand exists separately from a general agency. Conversion work teaches you what happens on the page; automation work teaches you what happens after the click; building heating websites for years teaches you what homeowners ask before they pick up the phone.
Why a system, not a set of services
Most heating owners we meet have already paid for each layer at least once. The website was rebuilt three years ago, the CRM was chosen when the office manager joined, and an ad freelancer comes and goes with the season. Nobody was hired to make those parts agree with each other, so each one reports success in its own terms while the owner still can't say what a sold furnace costs to win.
We were set up to fill exactly that gap. Our job is the joins: the source that should follow a call into the CRM, the job value that should reach the ad account, and the finished-job status that should trigger a review request. The guide to how the stack connects shows those joins in detail.
How we work
We work the way a systems integrator would, in four habits:
- Trace before we touch. Every engagement starts with real leads followed from search to invoice. The growth stack blueprint is that step written down.
- Build in order. Capture, then record, then demand, then proof. Spending on ads before tracking works is paying to teach the platforms the wrong lesson.
- You own everything. Domain, website, CRM, ad accounts, Google Business Profile and data are in your company's name. We work in them as users.
- Report on sold jobs. Monthly reporting leads with cost per sold job and revenue by source, not impressions or clicks.
We also keep our promises small. We won't promise rankings, lead counts or results. We will show you the arithmetic behind a plan and the published figures from our HVAC portfolio on the results page.
Positioning, plainly
In one line: Heating.Solutions markets and advises Canadian heating and HVAC companies, and it never installs, repairs or services their equipment. If that's the kind of partner you want, read the FAQ or call, text or email. You'll talk to a senior strategist.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns Heating.Solutions?
Heating.Solutions is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, and its brands include HVAC.Agency, through whose plans our services are delivered.
Where are you based?
We are headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work with heating companies across Canada, with consultations by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email. We don't have regional offices.
Are you a heating contractor?
No. Our work stops at marketing and advice; furnaces, boilers and heat pumps are installed and serviced by our clients, never by us. We build and run marketing systems for the companies that do.
Who will I actually talk to?
From the first call you deal with a senior strategist, and the engagement itself is led by Ali Sedighi. You won't be passed to a junior sales rep before anyone understands your business.
