Monthly plans, mapped to the four layers

Each plan switches on more of the stack. Read across the table to see which layers each one covers.

Plan Price Capture Record Demand Proof
Starter $2,998/month Website with SEO service pages, hosting and maintenance Monthly reporting Basic Google and Meta ads setup Google Business Profile and local SEO
Growth $4,498/month Everything in Starter plus advanced SEO and content CRM integration, weekly reporting Multi-channel paid ads and retargeting Review generation
Elite $8,998/month Everything in Growth plus video marketing and PR outreach Real-time dashboard, custom reporting, dedicated account manager Monthly strategy calls Everything in Growth

The Growth plan is the first one that connects all four layers, because it adds CRM integration and review generation. For most heating companies that want a working loop, that's the plan to look at first.

Website packages

Package One-time Build Monthly after launch
Essential $3,500 2–3 weeks for a 5–7 page custom site $149 a month covers hosting and maintenance
Professional $6,500 3–4 weeks for 10–15 pages built around conversion $249 a month adds CRO to hosting and maintenance
Enterprise $12,500 4–6 weeks, with no cap on pages or locations $449 a month for full management

A company selling furnaces, boilers and heat pumps across several towns usually needs the Professional package at minimum, because each system and each area deserves its own page. The heating websites page explains what goes on those pages.

What drives the cost of a stack

Four things move the total more than anything else:

  1. How many layers already work. If your CRM is well set up and your site is solid, the plan does less building and more running.
  2. Number of service lines. Each system (furnace, boiler, heat pump, water heater) needs its own pages, campaigns and reporting.
  3. Number of locations. Each branch needs its own Google Business Profile, area pages and review flow.
  4. Ad spend. Paid directly to Google and Meta, separate from the plan. It is often the largest single line.

A worked budget

Say you choose Growth at $4,498 per month, add 5% GST as a BC or Alberta company ($224.90), and spend $5,000 a month on ads. Your total monthly marketing cost is $9,722.90.

If your average sold replacement leaves $2,800 in gross profit, you need about four sold jobs a month ($9,722.90 ÷ $2,800 ≈ 3.5) to cover the full cost before counting service calls, maintenance agreements or referrals. The question to ask is not whether $9,700 is a lot, but whether your stack can reliably produce four or more additional sold jobs a month in your season. The stack math guide shows how to test that against your own close rate and job values.

What the plan fee does not cover

A few costs sit outside the plan, and it's better to know them up front. Ad spend is the obvious one. Some CRMs and call-tracking tools charge their own subscription, billed to you by the software company, because the account is yours. And if a previous provider holds your domain or ad account, recovering it can take some of your own time. We list each of these in writing before you start.

How to choose

  • No tracking, unclear results: start with the free trial and the growth stack blueprint.
  • Old or uneditable website: a website package first, then Starter.
  • Leads arrive but get lost: Growth, for CRM integration and review generation.
  • Several branches, a real marketing budget, and a need for live reporting: Elite.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

There is no lock-in. You can start with the 7-day free trial, which includes a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, without entering a credit card.

Does the plan price include ad spend?

No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta from your own accounts, on your own card. The plan covers the work of planning, building and managing the stack.

Which plan includes CRM integration?

CRM integration starts at the Growth plan, together with review generation, multi-channel ads, retargeting and weekly reporting. Starter covers the website, local SEO, basic ads setup and monthly reporting.

Do Canadian clients pay sales tax?

Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and heating companies add GST or HST at their province's rate, or GST and QST in Quebec.

Can I buy a website without a monthly plan?

Yes. Website packages are one-time fees, each with its own monthly hosting and maintenance fee. You can add a plan later when you are ready to connect the other layers.
