Five services, one growth stack

Most heating companies don't have a marketing problem. They have a wiring problem. The website, the CRM, the Google Ads account and the review requests each work on their own, but none of them knows what the others did. Heating.Solutions builds those four pieces as one system, so a furnace lead that starts with a search in November can be traced all the way to an invoice and a Google review in December.

The four layers of a heating growth stack

A growth stack has four layers, and each has one job. When you judge them separately, each can look fine; when you trace a lead through all four, the gaps show up quickly.

Layer Its one job What it must pass on
Capture (website, call tracking, text) Turn a visitor into a call, text or email Where the lead came from
Record (CRM) Keep one history per customer and job Status and value of every lead
Demand (Google and Meta ads) Buy attention from people who need heat Spend, by campaign
Proof (reviews) Convince the next customer Fresh reviews, back to the website and ads

The growth stack blueprint is where we map these layers for your company. The services overview explains each one in more detail.

Why the connections matter more than the parts

The value sits in the handoffs. An ad platform that only sees "a call happened" will happily buy more calls from people asking for free quotes on a rental unit. An ad platform that sees "this call became a $9,000 boiler install" learns to find more of those.

The same logic runs the other way. When your CRM marks a job as complete, it can trigger a review request the same afternoon, while the customer is warm. Those reviews raise the conversion rate of the website, which lowers what each lead costs you in ads. That loop, from job data back into demand and proof, is the whole point. Our guide on how the four layers connect draws it out step by step.

A worked example you can check

Say you run $6,000 a month in Google Ads and get 120 calls. Your office books 50 of them, and 18 become replacement jobs averaging $7,500. That is $135,000 in sold work, and each sold job cost about $333 in ad spend.

Now suppose 30 of those 120 calls were existing customers looking for your service line, and another 15 were wrong-number or parts calls. Without job data flowing back, the ad account counts all 120 as wins and keeps buying them. Remove the 45 that were never new business, and your real cost per new-customer call is $80, not $50. That gap is invisible until the CRM and the ad account talk to each other. The stack math guide runs this kind of check on every layer.

What we are, and what we are not

We are a marketing and business consulting service. We plan, build and run the systems that bring in calls, texts and emails, and we advise owners on how those systems should fit their office. We are not a contractor: we don't install, repair or service any heating equipment, and we don't hold gas or electrical licences.

That distinction matters for your stack too. Regulators such as TSSA in Ontario or Technical Safety BC govern who may do the work and, in some cases, how it is advertised. We link to them on each region page and summarise what affects marketing, but compliance questions belong with the regulator.

Proof from heating and HVAC companies

Our results come from real HVAC and heating clients. CANRO Heat's gas-boiler division, GasBoilers.ca, now covers 26+ BC communities; its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews, which is the proof layer doing its job. HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth.

Each of those figures belongs to one company in one market, and none of them predicts your numbers. What they show is that the parts work when they are built properly. The results page explains what each case does and doesn't tell you.

Coverage across Canada

We work with heating companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories. The stack is the same everywhere, but the inputs change: natural gas dominates in Alberta and Saskatchewan, electricity in Quebec, and oil-to-heat-pump conversions shape demand across Atlantic Canada. Rebate programs, language rules and regulators differ too. The areas we serve page links to a guide for each region, current as of October 2026.

How it works

  1. Map the stack you already have

We trace one real lead from the first search to the invoice and mark every point where its source, status or value gets lost.

  2. Wire the four layers together

Website, CRM, ads and reviews get connected in a set order, with each handoff written down and tested before money goes into ads.

  3. Start with a conversation, not a contract

Tell us about your trucks, your season and your software. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

Frequently asked questions

What is Heating.Solutions?

Heating.Solutions is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for heating companies. It is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.

Do you install or service heating equipment?

No. We are not an HVAC contractor. We build and run marketing systems for heating companies; we never install, repair or service furnaces, boilers or heat pumps, and we never compete with our clients for jobs.

What do you mean by a growth stack?

It is the set of tools that turns a stranger into a paying, reviewing customer: your website, your CRM, your advertising and your reviews. We treat them as one system with defined handoffs, rather than four separate purchases from four separate vendors.

Do I have to replace the software I already use?

Usually not. Most heating companies already own two or three of the four layers. The blueprint tells you which parts to keep, which to reconnect and which, if any, are worth replacing, with the reasons in writing.

How much does it cost?

HVAC.Agency plans, which we deliver, start at $2,998 per month, and websites start at $3,500 one-time, plus GST/HST by province. You can start with the 7-day free trial (no card needed), and nothing locks you in afterwards.

Can you promise a set number of leads?

No. Nobody honest can. What we can show you is the arithmetic behind the plan, the published results from our HVAC portfolio, and exactly which numbers we will report to you each month.
