Every number below belongs to a named heating or HVAC company with a live website you can check. None of them is a forecast for your business. We have grouped them by the layer of the growth stack they illustrate most clearly, because the useful question is not "what did they get?" but "which part of my system would have to work for something similar to happen?"

Proof layer: GasBoilers.ca
GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. It serves 26+ BC communities, and its Google Business Profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
What it illustrates. A specialist division can earn its own body of public proof, separate from the parent brand. For a heating company adding a new line, that is the pattern to study: its own pages, its own profile, and reviews that speak to that specific work.
What it doesn't tell you. A review count says nothing about lead volume or cost per job. It shows that the proof layer exists and is healthy, which is a precondition, not an outcome. See review generation for how we build that layer.
Demand layer: HVACDeal.ca
HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
What it illustrates. A return ratio is only knowable when spend and revenue are both recorded and joined. That join between the ad accounts and the job records is exactly what a connected stack provides.
What it doesn't tell you. A ratio from one business in one period won't carry over automatically. Your job values, margins and close rates set your own ceiling. The stack math guide shows how to calculate the ratio for your own company, honestly.
Record and capture layers: CanroHeat.ca and BCWide.ca
CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth. BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.
What they illustrate. Lead growth is measured at the point of capture and counted in the record. A company can only report a figure like "3× in 90 days" if it knows how many leads it had before, which most heating companies without tracking cannot say.
What they don't tell you. More leads are only valuable if the office can handle them. Before scaling lead volume, check response time and quote follow-up, the subject of CRM integration. Otherwise growth arrives as missed calls.
Capture layer over time: Roma Heating & Cooling
Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.
What it illustrates. Organic traffic compounds slowly and then quickly, and it depends on the capture layer: a site with a real page for each service and area. Twelve months is a realistic horizon for that kind of change, not ninety days.
What it doesn't tell you. Traffic is an input. In a stack we care about what that traffic becomes: tracked calls, booked assessments, sold jobs. Our heating websites page explains how we measure those.
Reading any agency's results
Whether you work with us or not, a few questions separate useful results from decoration:
- Is the client named and the site live? If not, you can't check it.
- Which number is it? Traffic, leads, sold jobs and ROI are different things. A large figure for an early-funnel number can hide a flat bottom line.
- Over what period? "300% growth" over five years is not the same claim as over six months.
- From what starting point? Tripling three leads a week is easier than tripling thirty.
- Is it an average? Portfolio averages can be shaped by a few outliers. We publish named results only.
What carries over to your company
The method carries over; the numbers don't. Every one of these companies needed pages that matched what customers search for, a way to record leads, and a reason for the next customer to trust them. That is the four-layer structure described on our home page and in the guide to how the stack connects.

Frequently asked questions
Are these results typical?
They are real, published results from specific companies, not averages. Your results will depend on your market, your office, your season and your starting point. We don't publish averages because a portfolio average hides more than it shows.
Can I see the live sites?
Yes. Every result on this page links to the company's live website, and the full list of case studies is on HVAC.Agency.
Do these figures come from a complete stack?
Each figure is reported for the company as a whole, so we don't attribute it to any single layer. We group them by the layer they illustrate best, to help you think about your own stack.
